He’s appearing in “Southern Comfort,” a short film produced by a group of DePaul University students.
Among Harris’ credits are the 2007 film “Fred Claus,” which starred Vince Vaughn.
Harris also voiced Jackson ‘Jax’ Briggs in two “Mortal Combat” films.
The film, set in a family diner, is being shot at Deb’s Country Cafe on Highway X, one block east of Wisconsin Highway 14 in Darien.

Photo 12 Jul DELAVAN — Dreams come in all shapes and sizes, and for George Jorndt, retired president of Triton College in River Grove, Ill., dreams come in the form of a periwinkle 1954 Cadillac Coupe  DeVille.

“All my life I wanted a 1954 Cadillac. People got tired of hearing me  talk about it so when I was able to get one, I did,” Jorndt told Schmelz.
